-Our second meeting at student lounge

-Meeting with Charissa and Abu due to Estee back to her hometown and we facetime together.

-We has discussed severals ideas.

1st idea - mirror projection ( user stand infront of the mirror, something will appear in the mirror, user might snap picture and upload to fb/instagram)

2nd idea - Multiplay game that use projection mapping. Placing few of cube in the corner and project the game to the cube, bringing the game to life. For the controller , user use shout to attack another player and having a controller in their hand which allowed them to control the character movement. 

3rd idea - Interact with words . For example : "Before I die ______"

However we found another awesome idea that we would like to use it to our project. 

# Hashtag 

We realized that how hashtag gone ridiculous in nowadays , therefore we wanted to create a project about hashtag.

We might want to create a hashtag game to allow user to play with or allow user to interact with the hashtag symbol # 

The game that with two competitor, as what photo has shown in the projection, the competitor want to list down all the hashtag about the photo. For the problem of this game is, we still unable to think how to win this game as it must be test on the user creativity.

Another interaction instead of creating hashtag game ,we think of create a "hashtag raining" effect when user stand infront of the screen , the hashtag will fall down and attach their body. 

For technical part, if we use the hashtag game, the software we might use is Adobe Flash and material would be the projector and some controller.

If we use the raining effect, we might want to seek out another software to work with infrared, camera and projector. Probably the software is Processing.

December 19 2013

The graphic leader ,Charissa has went to Publika to see environment and space.

This is our favourite space among the others.

December 18 2013

- Had a lucky draw from Shahnim to picked up my group members

-Have my group member who are Charissa , Abu and Estee.

-We formed a Facebook group page for sharing and discussion during the class.

-We distributed our roles:

Group leader and Content leader: Hooi Kah Suit (Abu)

Graphic leader: Charissa Ong 

Logistic leader : Estee Ng

Technical leader : me (Melissa Koh)

-After that we went to IIS to picked up our project device from Jazmi. 

-We thought about our group name, we wanted a fantastic and easy to remember group name.

-At first we thought about M. (as the short form of MACE) because of rememberable , but it's too abstract and wide meaning.

- Therefore, finally we combine all our first letter of name into our group name as it called " MACE" (Melissa, Abu, Charissa, Estee)

-As MACE has the meaning of a heavy club, typically having a metal head and spikes.

-Then each of us has listed down what our responsibility job on the mahjong paper.

-Our initial idea in the first day meeting is Magic Mirror.

-As what Magic Mirror do is whoever stand infront of it, something will appear in the mirror. We though about project to the mirror, but we need to know how it works with no reflection.

-But we still haven't confirm our project content as what message we need to bring out. 

-We got back home and continued to discuss via FB group page. 

-We researched and shared a lot about Mirror projection, at the end we found the material is very expensive as it over our budget (RM200).  

-However , we might change our initial idea later as it limited our thinking and creativity.

At last,  our graphic leader has quickly designed our group logo
